On 29 May, Zeefier will join State of Fashion in Arnhem for Available to Promise: Hidden Systems and Unseen Labour.
Our own Bianca Zomer will take part in the Textile Surgery, moderated by Tjeerd Veenhoven, exploring the systems and decisions that often remain hidden behind the textiles we use every day.
And colour is part of that system too.
As the textile industry moves towards greater transparency, traceability and Digital Product Passports, we also need to look at where our colours come from and how they are produced.
Zeefier will bring the perspective of a new generation of colour: industrial textile dyes made from seaweed, designed to integrate into existing dyeing systems.
